摘要
根据PTCR生产中耐电压测试要求 ,研制了计算机控制的PTCR耐电压自动测试系统 .采用PC机、串行通信接口、并行打印接口、智能化仪表及各种外围接口电路 ,实现了PTCR耐电压性能的在线测试 .系统具有耐电压测试、阻值测量、自动分选等多种功能 。
Automatic test system for PTCR voltage withstanding controlled by computer is developed according to the requirements of PTCR voltage withstanding test in PTCR production processing. This system adopts personnel computer, serial communication interface, parallel printer interface, intelligent instrument and various peripheral interface circuits and achieves the PTCR voltage withstanding test on line. This system realizes voltage withstanding test, resistance measurement, automatic classification at the same time, and raises measurement efficiency.
