摘要
在产品的误差检验和反向工程中,为了保证测量数据的一致性,用三坐标测量机进行测量前必须建立相应的测量坐标系。对于形状复杂的零部件,用传统的方法来建立坐标系有时很难满足实际生产的要求。由此提出了一种基于最小二乘点对齐原理来建立测量坐标系的方法。该方法已经在立科3DM测量软件中获得了成功的应用,测量结果也满足实际生产的要求。
Measuring-coordinate system must be created first when the part is measured by Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM). Sometimes it is not easy to create a measuring coordinate system from irregular geometric features, so some new methods are necessary to be studied to solve the problem.A method is introduced based on least-square principle , and it has been used in a measuring-software successfully.
