摘要
应用ELISA对638份猪、鸡、鸭血清标本进行了HBV—HBsAg水平检测,结果平均阳性率为13.79%,表明猪、鸡、鸭体内含有与HHBV—HBsAg相似的类属抗原及相关抗体,提示在肉用畜禽体内检出HHBV—HBsAg是一个值得注意的问题.
HBV HBsAg levels of 638 serum samples from pigs, chicken and ducks were assayed with ELISA. The average positive rate was 13. 79%. The results showed that there were groups antigens similar to HHBV HBsAg and relative antibodies in the serum of pig, chicken and duck and suggested that it is a noticeable problem in public health aspects.
