摘要
本文论述了淬火高速钢低高温回火基本工艺,及延长回火时间和较宽加热温度范围下的低高温回火工艺及应用要点。阐明了低高温回火新工艺的理论依据。论证了不必担心应用新工艺会产生回火不充分而引起刀具变形的理由.列举了若干工厂应用低高温回火的实际效益.
In this paper, the basic process, the methods of prolonging tempering time aud the widening the range of tempering temperature for the LHH tempering technology of hardened high speed steel(HSS) are introduced. The theory basis of LHH new process and the reasons without producing insufficient tempering are expounded and the practical benefits of using this process are also listed.
