摘要
由于近年来国内(尤其是路内)很多工厂采用了先进的数控加工技术,如何设计合适的数控机床夹具,以充分发挥数控设备及其加工线的经济效益,就成为一个急待解决的关键问题,本文对数控机床夹具的设计特点和设计中应注意的一些问题,以及如何选用相应的机床夹具类型等,作了扼要的阐述.
Recently,advanced numerically controlled machine tools are used in many plants (especially in railway plants),so how to design suitable fixtures is a key problem that must be solved to give full play to the benefit of NC machine tools and automatic production lines. And.how to design special fixtures and how to choose suitable types of fixture are discussed, and some noticeable problems to design fixtures are briefly described.
