摘要
介绍了一种用PSPICE仿真软件设计晶闸管吸收电路的方法。该方法利用指数函数模拟P-N结反向恢复时的电流衰减过程,并用PSPICE的参数扫描功能获得吸收电路RC的最佳参数值。该方法适用于普通相控晶闸管和二极管的吸收电路参数设计,有较高的精度。
A design method of thyristor snubber circuit with PSPICE simulation software is presented. The optimized RC parameters ofthe circuit are derived from current decay process during P-N junction reverse recovery simulated with the exponential function and fromscanning function of PSPICE. The method is applicable for phase control thyristors and rectifier diodes and features higher accuracy.
