摘要 通过试验,筛选出对水貂肠道冠状病毒敏感的貂肺传代细胞系(ML),经胰酶处理后,从6份病貂粪样中分离获得2株冠状病毒.培养时所用的犊牛血清也作了一定处理.该病毒粒子经电镜观察,多呈不规整的圆形,直径80~160nm,有囊膜,外周有花瓣样突起,经鉴定为RNA病毒.对乙醚敏感.37℃12h可失去感染性.该病毒在pH3条件下室温3h仍保持一定活力.该病毒接种健貂可引起部分貂出现轻度腹泻. Two strains of coronavirus were isolated from 6 fecal samples of infected minks with mink lung cell line (ML) cultures. Its morphological features visualized by electron microscopy: Most enveloped particles are irregular round with average diameter ranging from 80 to 160 nm. Petal-shaped surface projections protrude from envelope. It is ether-sensitive and does not tolerate to 37℃ for 12 hours, but remains a certain viability at room temperature for 3 hours in pH3. 0 medium. It was identified as mink enteric coronavirus. In inoculation test, some of minks experimentally infected with the virus were sick and manifested diarrhea.
