摘要
利用膨胀法配合金相、电子显微分析,较系统地研究了60Si2Mn、LDI、3Cr2W8V、GR及012AI五种模具钢的加热相变动力学规律及特点;测定了能反映这些钢的加热相变规律及特点的奥氏体形成动力学图形;利用所测图形,在开发和研究新的热处理工艺方面做了初步的尝试。结果表明,钢的奥氏体形成动力学图对模具钢的强韧化热处理工艺的开发和研制有着重要的指导意义,可作为制定热处理工艺的参考和依据。
In this paper, the dynamics law and charac teristics of heating transf(?)rmation of 60Si2Mn, LD1, 3Cr2W 8V, GR and 012A1 die, steels have been studied systematically by using expansion method and cooperating with metallographical and electronic microscopical analysis. The austenitic forming dynamics diagrams, which can show the law and characteristics of heating transformation of these steels, have been determi(?)ed. Utilizing the diagram, we hare done some initial tries as for developing and studying new heat treatment technique and so on. The result shows that austenitic forming dynamics diagram of steel has an important guiding significance for exploiting and developing new strengthening and toughening heat treatment techniques for die steels. It can be used as a coasult and basis for laying down heat treatment technique.
