本文通过改变加热速度研究了添加Mn、Ni、Si不同合金元素的CuZnAl合金的加热相变行为。研究结果表明,CuZnAlMn合金随加热速度的改变,其加热相变最为稳定,CuZnAlNi与CuZnAl合金次之,加热相变以CnZnAlSi为最不稳定。作者认为这是由于合金元素的添加影响了空位的迁移与合金元素的扩散所致。因此,CuZnAl记忆合金由于Mn、Ni、Si合金元素的添加,会表现出截然不同的加热相变特征。
Transformation behevior under various heatng rates in CuZnAl alloys with Mn, Ni, and Si respectively has been studied. The results show that different transformation characteristics during heating are shown in different CuZn Al alloys, i.e.the transformation during heating in the CuZnAlMn is the most Stable one while those of CuZnAlSi and CuZnAl are substable, and that that of CuZnAlSi is unstable. This is due to the effects of the alloying elements on migration of vacancies and diffusion
