摘要 采用连续切片显微观察的方法对索氏六须鲶成熟卵的受精细胞进行了研究。结果显示 ,精子入卵刺激卵细胞形成胚盘 ,精子头部在胚盘中逐渐核化 ,形成雄性原核 ;卵母细胞放出第二极体 ,完成第二次成熟分裂 ,形成雌性原核 ,两性原核结合成合子核 ;合子核膜消失 ,产生第一次卵裂 ,受精全过程历时 50min。 Sun Zhongwu, LiuYutang(Nor theast Forestry University); Pan Weizhi(Heilongjiang River Fisheries Research In stitute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences); Wang Hongwei(Northeast Forestry U niversity)The fertilization cytology about mature eggs of Silurus soldatovi was r esearched by the way of serial section and microscopic observation. The observat ional results indicated that the sperm entering egg stimulated ovum and formed b lastoderm, and the head of sperm step-by-step transformed into the male pronucle us; the ovum extruded the second polar body, finished secondary maturation divis ion and formed female pronucleus, and two pronuclei fully merged into zygotic nu cleus; the first merogenesis appeared after the membrane of zygotic nucleus disa ppeared, and the fertilized process lasted over 50 minutes.
