摘要
用扫描电镜观察了兴国红鲤(Cyprinuscarpiovar.Singuonensis)受精早期精子入卵时序及卵子表面的变化,讨论了单精受精的机制。精子入卵分两步:首先,精子快速穿过卵膜上的精孔器抵达卵子质膜表面的精子进入区;其次,精卵质膜融合,精子进入卵质,卵子质膜表面伴随精子入卵发生一系列变化。精孔器为兴国红鲤精干穿过卵膜入卵的唯一通道;精子在穿过精孔器或抵精子进入区时活力增强;精子进入区微细结构的变化是阻止多精受精的主要因素。
The process of the sperm penetration into the egg and the changes of the plasmamembrane of the Singuo Red Carp(Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis)have been observed un- der SEM. The sperm penetrates into the egg fastly,and the surface of the plasma membraneof the egg changes accompanying with the process.These results suggest:1,The changes ofthe fine structure of the the sperm entry site of the egg is the main factor to block polyspermy .2,The micropylar canai or the sperm entry site possess imitintion or enhancing factors forsperm motility. 3,The micropylar apparatus is the only passageway or the sperm to enter theegg with a tough envelop.
