摘要
30例血浆胆固醇(TC)>6.5 mmol/L的病人服用美降脂12周后,血浆TC、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)明显降低,血浆HDL-C浓度提高。该药对高甘油三脂(TG)血症也有一定疗效。对载脂蛋白A_1(ApoA_1)影响不明显。
Thirty patients with their serum total cholesterol level (TC)>250 mg/dl were pre- scribed lovastatin for 12 weeks and observed. The results showed that lovastatin was signifi- cantly efficacious in decraesing TC,apoprotein B and TC/HDL-C concentration as well as in raising the concentration of high density lipidprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum. Lovas- tatin was efficacious to some exteut in affecting triglyceride (TG) and not effecacious in af- fecting apoprotein A_1.
