摘要
用Southern blot杂交方法检测了10例慢性外阴营养不良(CVD)活检组织中人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)相关序列的存在。CVD活检组织中HPV-16相关序列的检出率为30％(3/10)。
Southern blot analysis of human papillomavirus DNA was carried out on 10 cases of chronic vulvar dystrophy(CVD). 30% (3/10)of them were proved to be positive for human papillomavirus DNA.
