摘要
Barrett食管(BE)是一个具有重要临床意义的食管疾病,是一种癌前病变,与食管腺癌的发生密切相关,在食管的原发性腺癌中约50％来自BE。近年来,食管-胃交界部腺癌发生率明显增高,为所有恶性肿瘤中增长速度最快的一种。我国属于食管癌的高发区,食管癌的发生率逐年增高,提高对BE的认识和内镜下的诊断率、检测及治疗是食管癌早期防治的重要环节。
Barrett esophagus(BE) is a kind of esophagus diseases of important clinical meaning,it is a kind of precancerous lesion,closely related with esophagus cancer. Among the primary adenocarcinoma of esophagus, about 50% source from BE. Recently the incidence rate of adenocarcinoma of the boundary part of esophagus and stomach rise obviously, being one of the highest among all the carcinoma increment. Our country is a common area for esophagus cancer, the incidence rate of esophagus cancer is increasing year on year. To better understand BE, the diagnosis rate and test under the endoscope and treatment is the key link of early preventing esophagus cancer.
