PAS-1聚合物水溶性淬火介质的研究及其应用

摘要 本文介绍以聚丙烯酸钠为基础、加入适量添加剂,配制成的PAS-1水溶性淬火剂。通过对冷却性能和工艺性能的研究,选择了浓度为10%的水溶液代替20号机油,成功地用于重型机械行业,如截面小于200ram的37SiMn2MoV、35SiMn、35CrMo和40Cr等合金钢零件的淬火。在硬度、金相及机械性能等方面均获得高于油淬的结果。本介质无毒、无异味,不燃烧,使用浓度可在较大范围内调整,使用度温为20~60℃。 This paper deals with a latest developed aqueous soluble polymer quenchant FAS-1 which mainly formulated from polyacrylate sodium with some chemical additive. According to the research on the processing performance and cooling characteristics, the quenchant of 10% concentration has been successfully used as a substitute for the machine oil 20 in heavy machinery industry, and provided much better overall hardness, mechanical properties and microstructures than those of oil quenched for the alloy steel parts including section size up to 200mm of 37SiMn2MoV, 35SiMn, 35CrMo and 40Cr etc. This medium may be used in the temperature range of 20-60℃ and at larger range of concentration adjustment without poison, stinking pollution and combustion.
