摘要
本文介绍了45Cr2NiMoVSi钢500×500mm的模块,经油淬和350℃、650℃不同温度回火后的心部性能。结果表明,在350℃回火后,可显著提高强度,有较好的热疲劳性能,且不存在兰脆现象,但韧性有所下降。
In this paper, the core properties of 500×500mm mould block made from45-Cr2NiMoVSi steel, quenched with oil and tempered at 350℃ and 650℃, were investigated. The results are as follow: the strength is increased markedly, the blue embrit(?)lement disappeared, the hot fatigue property is better too, but toughness is decreased slightly, after it is tempered at 350℃.
