摘要
研究了稀土加入量对45Cr2NiMoVSi热作模具钢组织和耐磨性的影响,在相同的热处理工艺条件下,分别加入5种不同含量稀土Ce后与不添加稀土Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的组织和耐磨性进行对比。结果表明:稀土Ce加入量在适当的范围内,组织明显细化,平均磨损率明显下降,磨痕形貌也比较细而浅,从而使耐磨性得到有效提高。并且当w(Ce)=0.22%时,45Cr2NiMoVSi钢可获得最好的综合力学性能。
Influences of rare earth amounts on microstructure and wearing resistance of 45Cr2NiMoVSi hot die steel were studied, and the microstructure and wearing resistance of 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel with five different contents of Ce were compared with those of the 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel without Ce addition under the same heat treatment process. The results show that, when the addition of Ce is proper, the microstructure is significantly refined, the average wearing rate is reduced obviously and the worn-out appearance is also relatively thin and shallow. Therefore, the wear resistance improves effectively. When the content of Ce is 0.22wt% , the 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel has the best combination mechanical properties.
