摘要
显著的协同效应推动企业进行跨边界的网络化协作,而合作利益的分配又关系到网络组织的健康发展。公平有效原则是协作利益分配的理论基础,依此构建以动态累计投入比为主体的利益分配模型,进而协调合作各方的经济利益关系。
Remarkable synergy effects promote the networked crossing - the - border collaboration among enterprises. However, the distribution of cooperating benefits determines the healthy development of network organization. The principle of justice and efficiency is a theoretical basis of benefits distribution. This paper uses it as a base to construct the model of benefits distribution based on the rate of dynamic accumulated input, and coordinates the economic relationship among cooperators.
