摘要
大庆油田聚合物驱三次采油过程中,随着聚合物注入体积的增加,注聚井堵塞问题日益突出,主要表现是:注入压力高、达不到配注、间歇注入等,严重影响聚驱效果。注聚井解堵增注技术分析了聚驱注入井注入压力上升的主要原因及注聚井堵塞规律,并根据注聚井近井地带堵塞物的成分分析,研制出新型注聚井解堵剂配方;为减少注聚井解堵后因聚合物的再吸附而重新堵塞,研究了注聚井油层保护技术,形成了既能防止聚合物在油层孔隙表面的再吸附,又能通过竞争吸附将吸附在油层孔隙表面的聚合物驱替掉的油层保护剂配方。该技术现场试验22口井,从解堵施工到油层保护等方面技术完善配套,现场试验取得了明显的效果。
In Daqing Oilfield, along with the injecting of polymer, injection situation is growing worse year after year. In order to improve the injection situation, the main reasons of polymer injection wells plugging matter was analyzed , a kind of new plug remover was developed. Additionally, formation protection technique was studied to inhibit again-adsorption of polymer after plug removal to prolong the valid period of treatment. The combination of plug removal and subsequent formation protection makes the plug removal technique of polymer injection wells more perfect. Field application has achieved better results.
