摘要
提出了描述粘弹性流体流变特性的修正上随体MaxweⅡ本构方程,利用数值计算方法模拟了该流体在扩张流道中的流动特征,给出了流场图和速度场图,并分析了修正上随体MaxweⅡ流体的非牛顿幂律特性及粘弹性对流场的影响。研究表明,在扩张流道中,随着幂律指数的逐渐增大,速度等值线逐渐向凹角内伸展,流动区域增大;随着粘弹性的增强,流体的波及体积增加,波及效率增大。
This paper proposes the upper- convected Maxwell equation for describing the rheological property of viscoelastic fluid. The flow characteristics in expansionary channel are described by numerical method. The stream isoline and velocity isoline are drawn. The influence of Weissenberg number and power law exponent on the flow field is analyzed. In expansionary channel, as the increasing of power law exponent ,the velocity isoline moves towards channel,the flowing area is enlarged. With the increasing of Weissenberg number ,the swept volume and conformance efficiency are enhanced.
