摘要
瘢痕组织是创伤修复的必然产物 ,由于某些异常因素的调控 ,导致成纤维细胞过度增殖 ,同时过度分泌胶原形成瘢痕。最新研究表明 ,细胞因子介导的免疫应答对瘢痕形成起到了调控作用 。
Scar tissue is the product of repairing human body to injury.Because of abnormal factors,fibroblasts grow excessively and produce collagen excessively in tissue to form scar tissue.The recent research shows that the cytokines modulate scar formation.It indicates that the studies of injure repairing have entered to a new stage.
