摘要
养老模式是由特定时期的社会经济条件决定的。社会变迁必然要求相应的养老手段。在传统的农业社会,家庭养老具有必然性和可能性;在农业社会向工业社会过渡的时期和工业化社会,家庭养老面临着多种挑战。商业养老保险和现代社会养老保障制度就是适应这种社会变迁而产生和逐步完善的。
The pattern for aged people fostering is determined by the social and economic condition in specific eras. Social change will naturally demand the measures for aged people fostering to meet its needs. In traditional society of agriculture, the form of fostering the aged people in family has its necessity and possibility. However, in the period of agricultural society changing to industrial one or in the industrialized society, family support for the aged people fostering becomes to face much challenge. To meet the needs of social change, commercial security for the aged people fostering and the security system for the aged people fostering in modern society have arisen and gradually come to be consummated as a result.
