摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧和演进,传统的家庭养老模式独木难支,社区居家养老和机构养老方兴未艾。三种基本养老模式相辅相成,各有优劣。不同的老年人对养老模式有不同的看法和选择倾向。养老模式的选择是一个复杂的系统工程,老年人需要结合多种因素选择自己需要和喜欢的养老模式。
Along with the aging population intensify, the traditional family pension mode is not enough, and community endowment and institution endowment spring up. Three basic pension modes complement each other, and have advantage and disadvantage each. Different elderly have different opinions and selection preference with endowment patterns. Choosing endowment patterns is complicated system engineering, the elderly need to choose their favorite and suitable pension mode combining with a variety of factors.
