摘要
研究了以H2O2为氧化剂氧化木薯淀粉,辅以脲醛树脂、陶土制备快干型淀粉粘合剂的工艺过程。经制备所得的淀粉粘合剂具有粘接力强、粘度稳定、干燥速度快、渗透性和流动性良好,涂膜层具有较好的柔软性和光泽度,并具有制备设备简单、操作条件易控制、无二次污染和环保安全等优点。
The process which used H2O2 as oxidation agent to oxidize cassava starch and then modified with Urea-formaldehyde resin and first-drying agent in order to prepare fast-drying starch adhesive was studied systematically in this paper. The stuty showed that this kind of starch adhesive had strong and stability bonding strength,fast-drying property. On the other hand, the process technology was possessed of the prominent virtues such as simple processing equiment,operation conditions controlled easily,no pollution, ect.
