摘要
利用微波辐射在PEG - 4 0 0活化下用苯甲醛和乙酸酐以Perkin法合成肉桂酸 ,最佳反应条件为 :n(苯甲醛 )∶n(乙酸酐 )∶n(碳酸钾 )∶n(对苯二酚 )∶n(PEG - 4 0 0 ) =1∶3∶1∶0 .0 2∶0 .0 2 ,辐射功率 30 0W ,副射时间 2 0min ,肉桂酸产率达 6 5 .3%。
The synthesis of Cinnamic acid by Perkin reaction of benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride was performed under microwave irradiation catalyzed by PEG-400.The optimun conditions were:n(PhCHO)∶n(Ac_2O)∶n(K_2CO_3)∶n(hydroquinone)∶n(PEG-400)=1∶3∶1∶0.02∶0.02,microwave power 300 W and microwave irradition time 20 min. The yield of cinnamic acid was up to 65.3%.
