摘要
研究了以苯甲醛为原料,经Perkin反应、甲酯化反应合成肉桂酸甲酯的方法.重点研究了在多种1,3-二烷基咪唑离子液体和适量三氯化铝构成的催化反应体系中的酯化反应,该酯化反应的最佳反应条件为:n肉桂酸 :n甲醇=1:8 ,催化剂用量2mL,反应温度90~95℃,反应时间6小时,收率可达98.8%.产物和离子液体催化体系不溶而分层,便于分离,且离子液体可以重复使用.
The synthetic technology of methyl 3 - phenylacrylate through Perkin reaction and methylesterification using benzaldehyde as starting material was studied. And esterification was emphaticaly investigated in various ionic liquids 1,3 - dialkyhmidazolium and aluminium chloride as the catalyst and reaction medium. The optimized esterification conditions were: n3-phenylacrylate acid:n methanol=1:8, catalyst 2mL, reaction temperature 90 -95℃. The yield of the esterification could reach to 98.8%. The isolation of the desired products could be achieved via simple decantation and ionic liquids could be reused, and the catalytic activity was not decreased obviously after 5 times recycle.
