摘要
介绍了硫磺回收装置常见的超压原因 ,通过分析和实例说明不设置爆破片往往会造成设备超压损坏 ,而设置爆破片是保护系统和设备非常有效的方法。针对以往采用的爆破片使用寿命较短的情况 ,设计出了寿命及性能更佳的爆破片 ,实际考核结果说明 。
Common reasons about overpressure of sulfur recycling equipment are presented Analyses and practical examples show that the equipment without rupture disc was usually destroyed for overpressure and setting rupture discs on equipment is an available method for protecting systems and equipment By analyzing the lifetime of rupture disc in previous applications, a new type rupture disc with better lifetime property was designed The practical evaluation results indicated that the lifetime property of the new type rupture disc can better meet the requirements of sulfur recycling equipment
