摘要
为了开发一种stent涂层材料,使其具有一定的肝素缓释效果,以期对stenting技术中急性血栓形成的预防有所助益,通过对玉_米醇溶蛋白-肝素微球的制备方法、微球粒径控制、体外肝素的释放动力学等方面进行了系统研究,结果表明:玉米醇溶蛋白、肝素微球粒径可控,并具有一定的缓释效果。
The purpose was to develop a coating material encapsulating heparin, which could be sustainedly released. The preparation, the size, and the release kinetics of zein-heparin microspheres were studied, The results show that the size of zein-heparin microspheres could be controlled and 80% of heparin is released after two days.
