摘要
改革行政管理体制,建设公共服务型政府,是完善社会主义市场经济体制的一项重要改革任务。建立财权事权统一清晰、服务社会公共需要、管理科学规范的公共财政体制是建设公共服务型政府的重要前提。
To reform the system of administration and build a government of public service is the main task of reform in improving the system of socialist market economy. To build united and clear property right and authority can meet the needs of public needs in society and the public financial system of standard management is the important premise of the government of public service.
