摘要
针对高校学报编辑的实际情况,本文以事实阐明了编辑业务素质提高的必要性,并指出了影响编辑业务素质提高的主要因素。同时也提出了提高高校学报编辑人员的基本措施。
This paper illustrates the necessity of improving the editors' professional quality with facts according to the editors' actual states out in journal of higher institutions,and points out the major facts in influenceing the improvement of the editors' professional quality as well as the basic measures that should be taken.
