摘要
如何找到一条行之有效、切合实际的素质培养途径 ,是提高编辑业务素质的迫切需要。编辑工作的特殊性 ,要求从业人员由专家向杂家转变 ;为了沟通作者和读者之间的联系 ,需要编辑提高写作水平 ,走学者化之路 ;为提高编辑的工作层次 ,又要加强其理论修养。因此说 ,优化知识结构 ,实行编辑学者化 ,提高编辑的理论修养 ,就成为当前提高编辑业务素质的基本途径。
To find an effective and practical way of improving editor's quality is an urgent demand for enhancing editorial work quality. The uniqueness of editorial work requires those engaged turn themselves from specialists into multi disciplinary scholars. In order to serve as a link between readers and authors, editors have to have the ability of writing professionally apart from mere editing. In order to step up editorial work quality, they have to arm themselves with adequate theoretical knowledge. Therefore, optimizing knowledge, editors scholarizing and enhancing theory learning will be the basic way to enhance the editorial work quality.
