摘要
文章从组织结构设置和组织结构类型出发 ,明确指出了现代图书馆机构设置的指导思想、原则及其类型。着重分析了现代高校图书馆机构设置中存在的问题 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
Starting from the organizational structure installation and its types, the paper points out the guiding ideology and principle of modern university libraries' organizational structure and its types. Especially analyses the main problems of modern university libraries and on the basis of this, the paper also puts forward the ways to deal with them.
