摘要
高校图书馆科学设定内部岗位、合理确定编制,既是充分发挥固有人力资源潜能,也是实现新时期建设目标的组织保证。本文从图书馆发展和工作特征入手,阐述了地方性高校图书馆人员定编原则和一些实际做法。
The scientific allocation of posts and librarians can not only bring potential manpower into full play; but guarantee the realization of library construction. This paper discussed principles and practice of librarian allocation in local colleges and universities on the basis of library development and characteristics of library work.
