摘要
由于新疆原油的渣油中重金属含量高,结构组成复杂,直接进入催化裂化装置做原料时,催化剂重金属污染严重,产品分布差,渣油掺炼量低。而且,丁烷脱沥青过程所得到的脱油沥青软化点高、针入度低、延伸度差。为了提供优质的催化裂化原料和优质的道路沥青原料,进行了丁烷脱沥青装置掺炼油浆组合工艺的开发和应用,取得了较好的效果,脱沥青油收率提高,提供了更多重金属含量低的催化裂化原料,沥青性能得到改善。
Because of the higher content and the sophisticated structure of heavy metal in vacuum residue from Xinjiang crude oil,when it is used as feedstock of FCC,FCC catalyst is severely polluted by heavy metal and products is not in good distribution with less FCC residue,Also,the deoiled asphalt obtained by butane deasphalting process has disadvantages of higher softening point,lower penetration index and worse stretching tensility.The FCC residue integrated process in butane deasphalting unit is developed and applied in order to supply premium FCC feed and road asphalt feed.As a result,the yield of deasphalted oil is improved,the heavy metal is removed obviously,as well as the feed of FCC and the properties of asphalt are improved.
