摘要
在固定流化床装置上进行了长庆原油的常压渣油、减压渣油和脱沥青油的催化裂化反应,并考察了常压渣油掺炼脱沥青油对产物分布的影响。结果表明:常压渣油裂化性能最好,汽油产率和总液收最高;脱沥青油裂化性能次之,柴汽比约为1;减压渣油的裂化性能最差。常压渣油掺炼脱沥青油对汽柴油的产率和柴汽比有较大影响,但对总液收和轻油收率影响不大。
Catalytic cracking of atmospheric residue (AR), vacuum residue (VR) and deasphahed oil (DAO) from Changqing crude oil were investigated in a fixed fluidized bed reactor. The influence of DAO and AR blending ratio on catalytic cracking product distribution was further studied. The results show that AR has best crackability and highest gasoline yield and total liquid yield. Crackability of DAO is medium, and the yield ratio of diesel to gasoline by catalytic cracking of DAO is about 1. VR has the worst crackability. Blending DAO into AR has great influence on the gasoline yield, diesel yield and the ratio of diesel to gasoline. But it has no obvious influence on the total liquid yield and light oil yield.
