摘要
通过实施催化裂化 -丙烷脱沥青组合工艺、采用丙烷脱沥青掺炼糠醛抽出油和开发实施全 (部分 )回炼工艺技术 ,可以挖掘现有装置的潜力 ,保证丙烷脱沥青装置在低处理量下安全平稳生产 ,为催化裂化装置掺渣提供充足的原料 。
By applying the FCC-PDA combination process and blending the furfural extract oil in the feedstock and development implement the whole (part) return refining technology,the potential of existing unit could be excavated.The safe and steady operation for PDAU could be ensured at low feedstock situation.As a result,the adequate raw materials for the residue blending in FCCU could be offered,realizing the optimization processing of vacuum residue.
