Status and Prospect of the Moulding Technique of Fiber and Shaving Products

摘要 本文介绍了国外木质纤维、刨花模压制品的发展概况、产品种类、主要生产方法及国内的发展现状.作者就进一步发展我国纤维、刨花模压制品技术提出了建议,认为该行业的健康发展,必将对增加我国人造板花色品种,提高产品档次和企业经济效益,适应国内外市场需求起到良好的促进作用. The adavantages or moulded products of fiber and shaving are as follows:abundant supply of materials with high utilization rate and low price; high grade ofcommodity with high specification, standarization and serialization; bandsome ap-pearance with light weight, high strength, high weatherability and wear resistance,not liable to deform and easy for handling; updating products with only change ofmoulds, being responsive to the change of market demand and having high competitvepower. This paper gives a detailed description of foreign moulded products or wooden fi-ber and shaving, their situation or development, types of production, main tech-niques and features of production and the current development or samc industry in China. Recommendations are made by the author on further development of domesticalmoulding techniques by making feasibility research and demonstration prior to factoryconstruction with emphasis on unified planning and powerful leadership, paying atten-tion to controlling the erection of new factories and remodelling of the old panel factoriesinto new ones; developing the production of complementary materials for decorativepaper and cellulose paper; gradually carrying out the manufacture or special equip-ments and tools for spreading, loading and moulding; and asking concerned depart-ments of government to render financial aids to research units. The author is convincedthat thc incessant development of moulding technique will play a favorable role in pro-moting the diversity of artificial panels, updating the grade of commodity, increasingeconomic returns of enterprises and responding tactfully to international and domesticalmarket demand.
