摘要
目前在航空电子设备的测试性设计方面尚存在不少问题 ,本文对存在的问题及其原因进行了分析 ,提出应从设备研制程序、测试性管理、测试性验证和测试性设计技术等各个方面综合考虑 ,来切实改进测试性设计存在的问题。
Good testability is essential to any avionic device,but now we can still find a lot of problems in the design of testability,that result in negative impacts to the operations and maintenances of the airborne equipments. The way to perfect the design of testability should be an integrated improvement related to the procedure of the design and development of devices,the management of testability,the verification of testability and the technology of the design of testability.
