摘要
介绍犯罪经济分析的相关基础知识和方法,并结合四川省经济犯罪的案例和实际数据分析犯罪供需之间的关系。结论:经济犯罪的特征取决于该区域的经济发展水平;消灭经济犯罪的根本途径是发展社会生产力。
This paper introduces the basis of economic analysis, such as rational maximize, criminal cost, criminal profit and criminal demand. Then, it analyzed the relationship between criminal supply and criminal demand by combining real cases and data. At last, it draws these conclusions: the present characteristics of economic crime in Sichuan province are determined by the development standard of economy; the essential approach to eliminate economic crime is to develop our social productivity.
