摘要
高校学报是为高等院校的教学和科研服务的学术类期刊,对其所属高校的发展水平有极强的依赖性。在计划经济体制下形成和发展起来的"一校一刊、一校多刊"的局面,迫使其始终难以形成特色和优势。高校学报应抓住我国高等教育体制改革的机遇,进行资源整合,走入市场竞争,寻求新的生长点。
Journals of universities are academic ones, whose purpose is to serve teaching and scientific research. They are strongly dependent on the development level of their universities. Under the planned economic system, there was a system of one university one journal, which made the journals hard of form their own features. Now the journals should take the advantage of the reformation of higher education system, consolidate the resources, join in the competition of market and search for the new ways of development.
