虎纹捕鸟蛛发育起点温度和有效积温研究

摘要 实验设置 5个温度、 3个湿度 ,对虎纹捕鸟蛛卵袋和幼蛛的发育速率进行测定。结果表明 :温度是影响虎纹捕鸟蛛发育的重要因子 ,湿度对卵历期、幼蛛历期有显著影响。运用优选法计算虎纹捕鸟蛛发育起点温度和有效积温 ,所得卵和全世代的发育起点温度 T0 分别为 1 4.3℃ ,7.0℃ ,有效积温 K分别为 71 2 .66日度和 61 61 . The developmental rate of eggs and juveniles of the spider Ornithoctonus huwena was determined at five different temperature and three different humidity.The result indicated that temperature was the most important element that affected the development of this spider,and humidity influenced the stages of its eggs and juveniles remarkably.Optimum seeking method was used to calculate the threshold temperature and effective temperature sum of Ornithoctonus huwena .As the result,the threshold temperature for egg and whole generation of this spider were determined to be 14 3 ℃ and 7 0 ℃,and the effective temperature sum for these stages were 712 66 and 6161 80 degree day respectively.
