摘要
本文用角拘束方法来改善15MnMoVNRe 钢近缝区的韧性,研究结果证明,从低温至室温拘束态的 Charpy-V 冲击功比非拘束态的均提高了20%以上,该结果是由于拘束提高了贝氏体开始相变的温度,从而使近缝区(M-A)组织的形态和精细结构发生变化所致。
In the present study the angle restraint method is applied to improve welding HAZ toughness in steel 15MnMoVNRe.It is proved that the Charpy-Ⅴ impact energy of the restrained condition is over 20% higher than that of nonrestrained condition from lower temperature to room temperature.This is because the restraint increases Bs temperature,so that the(M-A)constituents are changed in morphology and in fine microstructure of welding HAZ.
