摘要
对喷九、爆炸和液压强化后Mn13钢的表面强化层进行了TEM分析、残余应力及疲劳强度的测定.结果表明:在表面形变强化过程中,若诱发生成α马氏体,由于显微裂纹的形成将会抵消栅栏效应对提高疲劳强度的有利作用.此外。
The strengthened layer of Mi13 steel after shot peniflg,surface explosion and surfad robe was anatwi by TEM teChniqlle. The residual stress and the fatigue strengthof the ac strengthened were measured by relevant methods. Experbental results shownthat: if the rnartenSitic transformation is induCed during the strengtheniflg Prccers, the accrocracks of high eqbofi rnartenSites can cancel out the bang effect Which will rad thebenbe fathoe strength of Mi13 steel;the macrrvreSiduai stress is not the controiliflg factor to inflnce the bending fattwe strength of the steel.
