摘要
利用化学还原法制备了Co-B非晶态合金超细微粒,用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP)、电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、BET表面积测试及X光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对新鲜样品及经过不同温度热处理后的样品进行了表征,并用微型催化反应装置评价其CO+H2催化性能.结果表明,经过热处理后的样品不仅其表面组成和结构状态发生了变化,而且其催化性能也发生了明显变化,同时还表明非晶态Co-B合金超细微粒具有比其晶态更高的催化活性和独特的选择性.
The ultrafine Co-B amorphous alloy particles has been prepared by chemical reduction.The fresh and the thermal treatment samples had been studied by means of inductively coupled plasma(ICP),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and surface area measurements.The catalytic activity on hydrogenation of carbon monoxide has been studied by a miniature catalytic reactor.The result indicated that the samples of being thermal treated not only changed significantly in structure state but also in catalytic activity.It also indicated that the ultrafine amorphous Co-B alloy particles have higher catalytic activities and unique selectivities than that of their crystal states.
