摘要
本文研究了一种新型热挤压模具材料-WC20CrMoWV 钢结硬质合金。系统研究了淬,回火温度对其组织和性能的影响,以及在最终热处理后的高温机械性能,回火稳定性,抗热震性和耐磨性。实际考核结果表明,WC20CrMoWV 钢结硬质合金热挤压模具使用寿命比3Cr2W8V 钢高2倍以上。
A new hot extrusion die material--steel-bonded carbide WC20CrMoWV- has been investigated.The influence of quenching and tempering temperatures on the structure and properties of the material have been studied systematically.The high—temperature mechanical properties, tempering stability,resistance to thermal shock,and wear resistance of the material after final heat —treatment are also studied.The results of the investigation showed that the hot extrusion die made of steel—bonded carbide has a service life two times longer than that of the 3Cr2W8V steel die.
