摘要
通过加入预合金粉末和优化球磨、烧结、锻造及热处理等工艺制度研制出AGW46高强韧钢结硬质合金。该合金在硬度保持在61-63HRC的前提下,抗拉强度为2117MPa、抗弯强度为3086MPa、冲击韧度27.6J/cm2,基本达到了高速钢的强韧性水平。本文还对合金孔隙及碳化物进行了初步分析和探讨,认为该合金具有较高强韧性的主要原因之一是合金中碳化物的球化。
High-strength, high-toughness steel bonded carbides AGW46 was produced by adding prealloyed powders and optmized processing parameters, including those of milling, sintering,forging and heat treating. The alloy with tensile strength of 2117 MPa, bending strength of 3086 MPa,impact toughness of 27.6 J/cm^2 , and hardness (HRC) of 61 - 63 was obtained. The porosity and carbides in the alloy were investigated preliminarly. The result showed that one main reason of improvement in strength and toughness was the spheroidization of carbides.
