摘要
目的了解孕妇的心理压力水平,探讨引起孕妇压力的主要压力源。方法对167例孕妇用妊娠压力量表测量其压力水平及压力源。结果孕妇的压力处于中等水平,引起孕妇压力的最主要的压力源是“为确保母子健康和安全而引发的压力”。结论护士应重视孕妇的压力,根据其压力派给予针对性的护理,以有效降低压力水平,确保母婴健康。
Objective To describe the stress level of pregnant women, and to find out the main stressors of pregnantwomen. Methods The pregnancy stress scale was used to assess the stress level and stressors of pregnant women.Results The stress level of pregnant women was at moderate level and the main stressor came from the concernabout the health and safety of mother and fetus. Conclusin Nurses should pay attention to the stress of the preg-nant women, and give corresponding nursing care according to the actual stressor, so as to decrease the stress leveleffectively.
