摘要
应用ANSYS软件对中空微球填充聚丙烯复合材料单元中的热传递进行了有限元模拟,并计算出等效导热系数(K_(?))。结果表明,k_(?)随着中空微球体积分数的增加呈线性函数形式下降,且随着微球粒径的增加有所减小。此外,三维有限元模拟的K_(?)值高于二维,两者的差异随着中空微球体积分数的增加而增大。
A finite element method (FEM) simulation for heat transfer in the elements of hollow microsphere filled polypropylene composites was carried out by means of ANSYS software, and an equivalent thermal conductivity (keff) was estimated. The results show that the keff decreases in form of linear function with increment of volume fraction of the fillers and reduces somewhat as increasing the fillers' size. Furthermore, the simulated value of keff by three-dimension (3D) FEM analysis is higher than that by two-dimension (2D) FEM analysis, and the difference between the two values goes up when the volume fraction of the filler increases.
