微珠填充LDPE复合物拉伸弹性模量的预测 被引量:1

Prediction of the Elastic Tensile Modulus of Glass Bead-Filled LDPE Composites

摘要 研究了玻璃微珠含量及其粒径对填充低密度聚乙烯复合体系拉伸弹性模量(Ec)的影响。发现Ec随着微珠含量的增加而呈非线性函数形式增大,而对粒径的依赖性相对地弱且呈不规则。提出了一描述Ec与微珠体积分数(Φf)关系的数学模型,并进行了初步的实验验证。结果表明,Ec的计算值与实测值较为接近。 The effects of the filler content and the filler size on the elastic tensile modulus(Ec) ofglass bead filled low density polyethylene (LDPE) Composites were investigated by using anInstron materials tester. It was found that fi increased non-linearly with increasing the beadcontent,and the dependence of Ec on the bead diameter was relatively weak and irregular. Amathensatical model to deseribe the relationship between Ec and the volume fraction of glassbeads was proposed and it was preliminarily verified by experiments in the present paper.Good agreement showed between the calculated and the measured values of Ec from the samples.
