摘要
目的 :对聚吡咯的生物安全性进行毒理学系统评估。方法 :用化学合成的聚吡咯粉末提出液 ,进行了急性和亚急性毒性试验、热原试验、MTT、溶血试验、过敏试验、微核试验、皮肤刺激试验和眼结膜刺激试验。结果 :聚吡咯是无毒、无致热原、不引起溶血和过敏、也无致突变和刺激作用的材料。结论 :提示聚吡咯具有良好的生物安全性。
Objective:To investigate the safety of PPy through the toxicological study.Methods:The extraction solution of PPy powder,synthesized chemically, was tested for acute toxicity, subacute toxicity, pyretogen, MTT, hemolysis, allergen, micronuclei, intracutaneous reactivity and ocular irritation.Results:PPy extraction solution showed no evidence of acute and subacute toxicity, pyretogen, hemolysis, allergen, mutagenesis, and no irritation to skin and oculi; meanwhile PPy extraction solution group was better than control group of saline solution on survival and proliferation of Schwann's cells.Conclusion:These results therefore indicated that safety of PPy was good.
